This can be done throught the following steps:

1- Export your products from Hikashop using export tool
2- Copy your images from hikashop to wordpress /uploads/Year/Current_Month
3- Install CSV Import on your wordpress instance
4- Install Image Import on your WordPress
5- Using CSV import you can import your product to your woocommerce by assigning the right fields.
6- Using Image import you can generate thumbnails and import your images from the selected directory.
