I have figured out the issue…only simple products are shown for the sale items. Any variable product on sale is not shown.

Thats great thank you so much for your help. Just one more question. is there a limit on how many sale items are displayed? I have left it to display all but its not displaying all sale items.

If an admin needs to create an order manually from the backend under Woocommerce >Orders > Add Order

The order number generated comes up as say #3920 but this is not the format I am using.

So I haven’t tried saving this order, if I generate and save it, are you saying it will be saved as the selected format?

There is an option of the product and then there is the quantity in singles, pack of 10 (with discount shown) and pack of 100 (with additional discount shown)

currently I will need to setup a variable product with 3 variations of 1, 10 and 100. This means I need to setup stock for each variation. What I want to do is have one stock control of say 500 and then as each variation is sold the stock to reduce accordingly.

Hi apologies for the late reply. I am using pretty much vanilla blocksy theme but I have some plugins which allow me to calculate bulk pricing and shipping.

These are:

Advanced Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce by algoplus

Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce by zorem

Flexible Shipping by octolize

These are the only ones I think have some connection to checkout/cart. Strangely when I run the site in my local dev on Local by Flywheel it works slightly better but still I cannot add multiple items into the cart sometimes. Mostly whether on my production or dev environment it only adds the 1st product the rest are not added even if it says its been added to the cart.
