Ah, I did have the slider on a page, but have since removed it. But no worries, I’ve actually found another solution that worked quite well for my purposes. Thanks for the offer to help though!

Ah, I see. I understand a bit more of how it works then. Unfortunately I still can’t seem to get my images to open an URL, but at least now I know where to look for whichever setting I’ve configured wrongly. Thanks!

Thanks for the speedy answer. Your comment about the entire slider being treated as a post did give me an idea I might try out, so thank you for that. And thanks for creating this lovely plugin.
