Yes I have, they dont have a great solution, they say their logs go back 7 days and the files I provided were apparently deleted after 7 days ago. They werent much help past that.

Well the files are in a user logged in area, there is one image on an advertisement section however that you can see.

The files were uploaded to wordpress from my computer, no hotlinks. Just pdf’s and images.
Hello! I have this exact same issue right now. While I am emailing to resolve this I think it would be helpful to allow posts like this, Im sure its a common issue. OR just make forums for premium members, email only is a bit slow compared to just searching a forum.
