    Yeah. The issue come from Google Adsense itself.
    Yesterday they just fix it and send me a email.

    Thank you Krishna.
    Just opened my email and found email from AdSense Support Team.
    So the issue must be from Google Adsense.

    @khrisna: I’m not using any plugin for inserting Google Ads and I never receive any email notification or any messages on my Google Adsense Account.

    @alchymyth: I already double-check the adsense code.
    Switch to Twenty Twelve and deactivate all plugins make no different.
    I already contacted google but no reply yet.

    @webspecia: I don’t think I use ilegal words on my homepage.
    I fix the 404 error.
    The ads not appearing on other page.

    Doesn’t work.
    I already contact my Host and post the problem to google adsense forum.
    I hope they can solve the problem.

    I try the plugins but still it didn’t want to show.

    No need for that because I can see the images now.

    I don’t know how or since when it fixed because I deactivated the Photon before.
    And when I receive the reply email I do what you suggested to do up to point 4 then activate Photon and it work now.
