I agree, it’s a bit of an unfair review. I don’t know about the free version but I can tell you that the paid version of the plugin and the service provided is more than adequate.

Hey Bojan, and thanks for taking the time to respond to my comment.
Nothing made you loose one star, this is just how I do my ratings. The way I see things: any product has room for improvement, no product should be rated at 100%. Your plugin deserves probably 5 stars but giving it 4 will give it room for further improvement if any.
