Do you know how i find the plugin or the external CDN and try to do clear the stale caché? i don’t have a clue of what is it or how to do it…

Yeah, that’s what I’ve read about. But how do I manually reset my plugins?
I cannot access through my hosting server as I do not have the credentials (from the time being).
I have download myphpmyadmin from git but i don’t know how to reach the wordpress interface, how do I do it?
