I’m following up on this issue, as it is still blocking us in production.
Orders containing downloadable but non-virtual products are incorrectly blocked from shipping, even though WooCommerce explicitly allows downloadable products to be shippable unless marked as virtual.
Without this fix, we cannot update Packlink PRO, as it breaks valid shipping workflows on our store.
Could you please let us know if there has been any progress on this issue, or if a fix is planned for an upcoming release?
