    Hi WPyog,

    I tried that and I was directed back here, I did try and send and email but wasnt accepted.

    Email sent to me that is a support question will be directed to the forums without a response unless you have purchased a paid support response. Premium add-on purchases DO NOT come with free email support.

    And as a paying customer I am not a happy camper with the thought of having to pay for support on a product Ive already purchased !!
    And now I dont know how long it will take for a response as it is the weekend and his hours of business are as stringent as his support fees

    Hi John,

    I had the same problem 🙂
    I was using a keyword phrase and kept getting the same message,but the demo Keywords were working fine.
    I fixed the problem by separating each word with a comma and no space and it worked a treat.

    I dont know if thats what you need and I hope it helps
