I am having this same issue – my sql file is waaayyy out of date. How can I fix this?
I am having a similar issue, I have to log out twice on the page in order for it to truly log me out. I have it installed on a page using the shortcode.
If I log out using the WordPress log out in the upper right of the page it works fine, however, it redirects to the backend of wordpress, which isn’t ideal.
