    Hi,

    Thanks for your patience.

    The issue with lessons and topics not being created/linked during the import has now been resolved. We tested the import again using the exported file structure with Courses, Lessons, and Topics tabs populated, and the hierarchy is now importing correctly.

    Courses, lessons, and topics are now being properly created and linked in LearnDash after import.

    Please try the import again with the updated version and let us know if you notice anything else.

    Hi Renan,

    Thanks for reporting this.

    The issue with the End Date being replaced by the Start Date has now been resolved. We tested the import using the same datetime format you shared:

    Start Date: 2026-05-06 09:00:00
    End Date: 2026-05-06 18:00:00

    The import is now correctly saving both dates independently.

    The French date format on your site should not impact the CSV import when using the format above.

    Please try importing again with the latest version and let us know if you face any further issues.

    Yes — when using the EasySecure Import Export Courses for LearnDash plugin, lessons and topics included in the CSV can be imported and linked automatically to the parent course, provided a few conditions are met.

    Here are some important points to check:

    1. Course–Lesson–Topic Association
      – If the course is imported successfully, the lessons and topics should automatically attach to it as long as these references remain intact.
    2. Import Order & Mapping
      – The plugin relies on internal IDs and relationships defined in the CSV.
      – During import, make sure you are importing the full CSV file (with all tabs: courses, lessons, topics) and not only the courses tab.
      – Confirm that the import process completes without warnings or skipped rows.
    3. Post-Import Visibility
      – Sometimes only the course appears immediately in the import summary screen.
      – Please check the Lessons and Topics sections in the WordPress admin to confirm whether they were created and linked correctly.
      – Also verify the course builder to ensure lessons and topics are associated and published.
    4. Recommended Best Practice
      – Ensure the LearnDash version and plugin version are the same (or compatible) on both DEV and PROD.
      – Run a test import with a single course to validate behavior before importing multiple courses.
