I updated both sites with the latest version 4.3.5. The Custom Status plugin is still not able to select the color.
Yes, I’m using the latest version of both WordPress 4.9.1 and Awesome Support 4.3.4. I also tried this with a fresh WordPress with no plugins. I still have the same problem. I would think this is a backend problem with WordPress not anything with the theme itself. But I did try to change out and the problem is still there.
