I deleted the plugin and installed a fresh copy and it’s working now. However, the data are overlapping now. I’ll create another thread for this issue.

It works in Twenty Eleven Theme. Using that theme I toggled the publish box and activated my original theme. It worked. Thanks again.
yeah i tried the plugin thing but it doesn’t fix the problem. let me try the rest of things that you have mentioned.

Are you unable to see all links or just the sub-menus? Have you tried using different browser?
