Hi @wpmudevsupport11 ,

There didn’t seem to be a resolution for the issue, so I rebuilt the form using Avada’s native form builder.

I’ve already disabled the notification so it’s now showing now, but yes, prior to, the form had been unpublished but was still sending reports.

Hello @wpmudevsupport15! Yes please. We’d assumed when we unpublished the forms that the weekly reports would stop…obviously if we’re not using the form then we don’t need reports on submissions ;).

@benooh I renamed the plugin folder via FTP…that should work?
