One more thing sorry, how do I make the bar thicker?
I’d like a bit of padding on top and bottom. What CSS do I insert to achieve this?

you’ll see at the bottom of the screen there is a cookie panel that is sticky to the bottom, I need a code that can make the news ticker sticky to the bottom too.
Any further help is greatly appreciated.
