The issue is resolved, thank you for your help. I reconfigured all the DNS settings, and today, miraculously, the newsletter was sent 🙂

I uninstalled and reinstalled, disabled, changed the cron, and I'm also talking to your technical team. I really wanted to continue with you and even switch to a paid plan, but it’s not reliable right now. This started 10 days ago. I need to send a newsletter quickly and I can't. I've already lost time; I think I'm going to choose Mailchimp unfortunately. I'm still sending you the screenshots, but I've tried everything (even my hosting service). I think the technical issue is coming from you. I also have the latest version.
