In reply to: [AgreeMe Checkboxes For WooCommerce] Fatal Error When Saving BeTheme OptionsThank you for fixing that quickly @oscomsupport I do not see an update pending on our side. What should I do not to get the patch?

In reply to: [AgreeMe Checkboxes For WooCommerce] Fatal Error When Saving BeTheme OptionsTo add to this the plugin seems to still work with our production site on BeTheme version 27.4.5. We will have to update our theme on production though so will still need this resolved.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Constant array_flip() Error in Error LogsHello @shameemreza,
Sorry for the delay but I cloned our entire site and have been using it for the past 4-5 days and the error is not showing up at all so I’m still unsure how to tackle this without disabling the live plugins on production. I turned the theme off on our cloned site too and none of the ecommerce stuff works so
A: I’m worried the error will stop anyway since no one can do anything on the website
B: I can’t test any of this on the cloned site since the error isn’t happening
C: We can’t even put up a screen saying we are working on things since we apparently need people using the site to trigger the error.
Any other ideas on how to figure this out?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Constant array_flip() Error in Error LogsThe issue we are running into is that, yes we have a ton of plugins on the site which I am working to remove unnecessary ones, but we have an active site that has users on it at most times so switching to a theme that doesn’t work for us and disabling all of the plugins would be bad. The issue is not happening on our staging site either so that doesn’t help.
I looked into the Health Check plugin but there are a ton of reviews saying that it completely ruins websites to the point that they need to be restored from a backup. A plugin like health check would be amazing but I’m not finding any other good ones either.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Health Check & Troubleshooting] Troubleshooting mode will screw your websiteI see a ton of these posts and don’t see any support answering the issues. Seems like a plugin to avoid.
