I just changed the background of the form this morning and now 2 forms show up. Am sure I only entered the shortcode once. When I remove that 1 shortcode, both forms disappear. I already tried uninstalling and deleting the plugins folder, but when I re-install, 2 forms still show up.
Is there a specific file I should be looking for? Your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks!Forum: Plugins
