But i still need ajax reload of form.
Also, you did open in new window. but if i use form in frontend in header or in footer – so i see new window open so 2 sites are pone in 1 moment. it is better to open result in popup winodw or ajax without reload or open page.
Also may be you have shortcode for result? as you have shortcode for form?
i mean it is good to search status from header or footer of site and see result in special window
