Sorry to hear that.Here is a quick fix,
#after-post-nav { height:45px; margin:20px; display:inline-block; }paste this style on your theme’s stylesheet (style.css file).
We fix this bug as soon as possible.

Will implement the first idea on next update.
For logo, create a new menu item with custom class, and style it. Even, brian did the same. But, I’ll look to attain this feature from dashboard itself.
