In reply to: [Jetpack VaultPress Backup] charged twice and never received the productI purchased Jetpack VaultPress Backup and was charged twice and never recieved the product. I have my bank statements to prove the charges. I tried to resolve this earlier but I had a family death that caused me to pause persuing this but I just want my money back. The transaction was made on 5/31/24 andI have screenshots of the transactions.
The red button doesn’t work. That is why I came to the Forums. I can’t get rid of it. I set up my own site and have managed it for 18 months rarely using the forums so I do know somewhat what I am doing. I don’t know what is the cause but I do know it is only there when I am logged in to my WP admin that this shows up and I can’t seem to get rid of it!
Anyone else have a suggestion?

In reply to: Add free download on a postI am able to insert it that way but it doesn’t allow you to download it. I added it to my down load files and inserted it that way also and it still wont work.
