- When you duplicate the template, do you leave it set as a post notification email or do you turn it into a regular newsletter before sending? —> I duplicated the template and set it as a scheduled post notification, identical to the original and it does work, it just doesn’t work the following week and I have to repeat the process every week (these go out once a week)
- Can you check under MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Logging > See logs and send us a screenshot of what you see there? Or is this the same error log you’ve already reviewed? —> When I set the date to the 21st (when the mail was meant to go out and when I duplicated and set up a new 1, and I set the logs to show everything not only logs, nothing comes up – logs are completely blank)
- Was this setup working correctly before, and then stopped recently? If so, do you recall about when it changed? —> Everything was working perfectly until about a month ago. I have the identical set up on a different site and this happened once and then I again duplicated the template and set it up and now it works fine, but for this site in question, it’s been like this for a month or so
- Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info. —> I placed {removed} where there are site identifiers, and unique Key & plugins.
