Hi, search and change in wp-config.php file the line define(‘WPLANG’); to define(‘WPLANG’, ‘en_EN’); for other languages use the appropriate language code as ro_RO or en_US and so on

It’s a php version issue. It sh should be minimum 5.3. Check your php version
