I am having the same issue—-over and over the pop-up will not go away. I have the latest version of NextGen running as well as the latest ww.wp.xz.cn running. I too will be looking for an alternative if this can’t get resolved.
Thanks for getting back—I have tried several but have discovered the problem appears to be on my end and my web guy is working on it 🙂
I am having this happen too—I see the last comment was three months ago—anyone know what the solution was or what the problem is?
Mine has not been working for 2 days now—nothing. I have tried deleting it and re-installing it–nothing.
