Yes, we’ve made progress! I’m able to access might site and I’m not encountering any issues (that I know of).I keep having this one error show up in my error logs, but I don’t think it’s related to this issue or has anything to do with Jetpack:

@fotis – When I try to save my changes, I get an error “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later.
I first have to enable “Prevent and block malicious login attempts” before it will allow me to enter my IP. As soon as I hit the “save savings” button, I get the error that pops up in the top right of the screen. (I have a screen shot if needed).
However, it does allow me to log into my site now, so I’m not sure what that issue is. I went back into settings and the option is still enabled and my IP address is saved under the whitelist addresses.

I don’t have the option to contact you because it’s saying support is for paid plans only…
