    Hello,

It’s not a disk space problem, I have many Gb left on my web hosting. And I have already tried reinstalling but I get the same error over and over again.

I’m starting to think that the problem comes from my hosting plan. I have an EasyWP plan if you know what that is (they call it Managed WordPress Hosting), it kind of makes things easier on beginners like myself. Therefore I don’t have a cPanel like “regular hosting plans”. But then again, I managed to install Dyapress once after deactivating all my plugins so it’s probably not it!

Maybe this info helps somehow… Thank you for trying so hard to help

    Hello,

I had auto-updates enabled so it must have updated itself last night. When I checked this morning it disappeared entirely, can’t find Dyapress nowhere on my WordPress dashboard. It still shows as an installed plugin but can’t access it. It gave this error :

“Error in DyaPress to setup the installation directory : cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 64151923 out of 69472427 bytes received

I will try what you suggested in your email and get back to you. In the meantime, if you can think of anything that might help, I would very much appreciate it.

    Thanks once again for everything

    Hello,

My apologies for the late response.

The problem still persists and I’m afraid I can’t provide you with the error_log, I have tried but it seemed too technical for me, I’m really sorry.

I have emailed you the link to the website and a screenshot of the plugins list. I know I’m probably asking for too much but I would really appreciate your help. I wouldn’t know what to do otherwise.

    Thanks a million

    Hello François

    Thank you for the response.

I’m using DyaPress ERP/CRM 16.0.5.22 on WordPress 6.2.2. You will find all server info on the screenshot (link below). As for the error log, I’m sorry I’m not sure how to access it, I’m kind of a noob and I don’t know my way around all the technical stuff. But if it’s necessary I would contact WordPress support and get it.

Thanks a lot, I’m really relying on your help
