In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Human visits includes bots or query errorWhat if I visit the page each hour (one session is max 30 min as it says in slimstat) with the same IP, would that result in 1 visit and 1 unique IP or 24 visits 1 IP?
Visitors in the daily human graph should have more hits then unique IPs I believe. Human visitor should not be able to visit the homepage with more IPs then the amount of visits counted.
This is how our stats look like and that gets confused (15 unique IPs and 3 Visits on the same day)Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Human visits includes bots or query errorThank you for the explanation.
Now I understand that the IPs are grouped, it is unique ip for each day then clicking on one day it shows unique ip for each hour etc.
When I click on the “visitors” tab, in the summary box, it says human visitors: 31, Unique IPs: 23, is this info the total for the period?
ex. 1 june – 30 june: if you have visit the page: 1st, 15th, 22nd of june with same IP, will that result in 1 human visitor and 1 unique IP under “Summery”-box?
And the graph shows the amount of unique IPs/human visitors grouped by day and has nothing to do with the count under “summary”?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Human visits includes bots or query errorThanks for fast response!
But this is a problem.. why is it that when I click on one day in the graph that shows some hits it is totally different “zoomed in” to hourly graph?
if one day has 10 Unique IPs there should also only be 10 unique IPs in the hourly graph for the same day, this is not the case with slimstat, if the numbers could be consistent all way trough this would’t be any problem.
As is right now, I cant be sure any of the stats are correct as I dont know what numbers are the correct ones. And under summery, is that suppose to be the total of the unique IPs for a given period? say the period is 1st June – 31st June.
Counting all the hits per day is not even close to whats listen under summery. Unique IPs in graph is != Unique IPs in summery, often I have more unique IPs after 2-3 days then what stated under summery box.I believe there is a filter error or something the graph has bots even if it says its human stats, and the summery has real human stats.
