    pi_3QxGhIGo9rnx21O90SabVf44 Stripe ID of one that gets stuck on Requires Payment Method, here’s one without a successful sister payment: pi_3QxulOGo9rnx21O91oXQBoe3

    So that makes a tremendous amount of sense. I knew there was something screwy with how things were being sent. I must clarify, though, that when getting into contact with y’all; I certainly wasn’t trying to point fingers or anything. Being the host, myself, I know very well that problems can appear at any stage of the process, core or not! My initial thing wasn’t to accuse your plugin, Stripe, or anything if being the culprit. I just didn’t want to keep having the finger pointed elsewhere in the process with no guidance or reason as to why it might be the new accused. This data here is very helpful.

    So, this could indeed be the server setup. This site, [formerly] being one of the heavier sites in my network, is using Apache due to its [formerly] incredibly fluctuating resource demands; k8s couldn’t keep up. I say formerly because, yes, it was INCREDIBLY heavy, but it’s a site with content, data, and orders spanning back to 2014. Same files, same DB, different themes over the years, but most importantly, different plugins. Thus, on March 2nd, after the two failed orders of the day, I went in and just cleaned HOUSE on auto-loaded DB keys and tables; I basically just cleared everything that I could tell was no longer in use, some of these being some old WCP Stripe data. After clearing that, as you can see, they got way better, until yesterday, when we got the two I showed you initially.

    The duplicate query seems entirely possible, as this Apache setup, while effective, is very rudimentary. Meant to serve as a bridge until I could make the site lighter. Though, I do not want to move it back over to k8s yet for server allocation reasons. Can you recommend a band-aid in the meantime? I guess, what should I be looking for, even just the appropriate log files and I can work it out from there. Furthermore, with the Autoloaded keys, if there are some more keys you recommend I clear that you know have direct conflicts with your plugin, let me know!

    I truly appreciate your insight into this, this is great!

    I typed something out ~3 hours ago, but unsurprisingly, ww.wp.xz.cn needs to review my submission just in case I’ve been a bad boy. They’re taking their sweet time, I appreciate your patience 🙂

    Thank you for your prompt reply! I have seen it, which is why I was a bit confused rereading them over the last week. I just figured it was something on my end, thus I never reprodded. Nevertheless, I have some info here.

    In terms of ACH, I actually do not see anything ACH related in our failed order errors; nor our plugin configuration at all :/ The only setting I’m seeing for ACH is under WC>Settings>Payments>Universal Payment Methods>ACH and it is unticked. Please correct me if there is somewhere else I should be looking!

    I have a few from the last 24 hours, one of them was that thing I mentioned, where it fails to Insufficient Funds, then reprocesses half a second later and it goes through. I will append order notes as well 🙂

    Insufficient/Retry:

    pi_3Qzre5Go9rnx21O90uxOkmcM [Failed] && pi_3QzrenGo9rnx21O91tECh5U7 [Succeeded]

    This initially reported and emailed my client in WC saying it failed, looking at it now, it says completed. These are nice to get in because while yes, they fail, we sometimes get them back. But most of the time they end up failing for good. Order notes:

    Next up is a Failed Payment we got 8 hours ago: pi_3R022rGo9rnx21O912zEHfRG

    This one is odd, WC reports it as failed, but it seems to have cleared in Stripe. Could be a one off. The big concerns are the big orders we are facing.

    Now what’s strange is that there are 2 payments that failed, but never even appeared in WC. The following orders were before a database cleanup I performed, that took out lots of old Autoloaded options keys. I definitely think it’s gotten better since, but we still had the 2 earlier from today. But as follows:

    pi_3Qydr1Go9rnx21O91eRsh66D, pi_3QyZ47Go9rnx21O91TYf4QYy don’t even appear in our WC order list

    pi_3QyRsjGo9rnx21O90W2ZiufD, pi_3QyRtNGo9rnx21O91LkaSQBx these two were made by the same person, same day, minutes apart. One for 104, the other for 77. Neither went through. WC reports the 104 as outright failure. and the 77 as ‘pending payment’ but Stripe definitely says no.

    I know it’s a lot of information. I’d be more than willing to add you as a temp user in our site to have a look for yourself! Please let me know 🙂

    I really appreciate your prompt reply, I’m so glad to hopefully get this worked out. I LOVE this plugin, and its functionality. I just know that this plugin will do what we need, and so much more! Just gotta get the kinks worked out 🙂
