what I tested, is that case sensitive is no topic and the function works fine according case tolerance. 🙂

We do used Yoast 5.2, and now just upgraded to 5.3.2 using WordPress 4.8.1.
So your system requirements are fullfilled.

The hint seems to go to JavaScript:

But as far as I do understand the error correct this is only related to the link count. And the link count should not be related to the semantic counts.

Anyway the error should not be theme depended or related to the link count.
It would be very kindfull if you could check if there could be some optimization. I would also like to support you in sending you the total text for further analysis or to provide you per PN or eMail with the direct URL if you like.

@monbauza: Thanks, for your quick reply. Did you had a look at the screenshots I have linked? Than you can check, that “the eye icon function DOES NOT highlight the sentences that DO contain a transition word.”

This is only one example:

I experienced – like some others also did, that the semantic algorithm does not seem to work properly to check and calculate ratings correctly. It helps, but the ratings are definitely not correct.

Anyway you are offering a fine tool, but I would like to help to improve that it also does what it should do… 😉

This solution does not help to a correct calculation of readability rates, though you can see in my post that the plugin is working fine, but does not calculate correct, due to the fact that keywords are simply ignored.

Yes, instead of “Satoshi Nakamoto als Erfinder des Bit-Coin.” I would like to set an alternative link text like “Read how Satoshi Nakamoto got known as inventor of the Bitcoin.”

It is not possible to make use of a different link text than it appears in the text. Both have to be identical and this is not useful.

Maybe Yoast SEO Plugin is also responsible for this. How to post a screenshot directly in this forum?
