Got in touch with Jean (plugin author) and he kindly took a look at the blog. It turns out all my cron jobs (scheduled tasks) are stuck which causes RSS aggr to not be able to fetch the feeds. I will be contacting my host to resolve the issue.
If you want to check your cron jobs, try installing the WP-Cron Events plugin to your blog.

Same issue here with wp 3.9, preview works but not fetching.
No limit set, no age restrictions
Tried “Update all feeds” amd “Delete and re-import all feeds” but no luck.

I am having the same problem. I am using wordpress 3.9, feeds show up in preview but they never get fetched and the page displays “no feed items found”. Checked the limit and age settings, and they are good.
