Thank you weblizar, and sorry, appears metaslider because i was testing with different slider plugins to solve the problem. Happens the same also with metaslider so i guess must be something wrong in the wp part. Any experience in what may be?

thx for your help esmi, you’re right
Anyway, I found the solution: it rely in wp_options table, it’s a var installed by the theme called wpcustomm_enable, which for some reason???, the theme disables it. Just connect to DB and set to ‘enable’
