I can confirm that DOM is installed and running in php.

Darshana, are you certain about the second hook.

The first one works fine, however the second one doesn’t fire.

As I stated. My install is brand new. I have not added any plugins. I have not adjust any settings.

I have added the exact code to the htaccess and to the wp-config

The dashboards still dont work

Thank you for the fast reply. I have tested this and it works. One more quick thing. I need to get the email address that is being sent to.

would i get that with $body[“email”]?

@humayonk I have reset the same account from the admin and the front end.

I get these two URLs

They are very similar. When I click the first link i am requested to change my password. When i click the second link i get an error “Invalid Key”

Let me know your thoughts on the matter.

You misunderstood the problem. Sorry.

When I reset the user’s password from within the admin the link in the reset email is invalid.

Under a user’s username in the user list there is a link that says “reset password”

That is how I am generating the reset password email…
