    Hello,

We have just released a new version of the plugin which uses a more traditional enqueue method. This should hopefully solve any issues with plugin or theme conflicts. If you continue to have issues please create a new topic so that we may track any issues in the most recent version of 1.2.9.

    Hello everyone,

We’ve just published an update 1.2.9 which uses a more traditional enqueue method. It does assume your theme follows best practices and has a wp_footer() call at the bottom of your website. If you’ve updated to the latest version and continue to run into issues please open a new thread with a link to your website so we can investigate further. Thank you for the reports and your patience as we assessed the previous update.

    Hello,

You can open a ticket in github, I think it will be faster

Unfortunately, because this is a premium plugin and not one available in the WordPress Repository it’s not something that we necessarily “support”. It’s better addressed via their premium support services and their support team. Since we cannot download the plugin for free and replicate the issues described we would not be able to supply their team with the technical information needed for them to replicate the issue on their end.

In any case, it sounds like you’ve found a suitable solution. Adding async may be a good idea for us to add in a future release. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience and will mark this thread as resolved for now. Stay safe and have a wonderful weekend!

    Hello,

First off, thank you for supplying a website to view. This makes debugging any possible issues a much easier process.

We’ve tested your form as “John Doe” and were not able to replicate the issues you’ve described. Does this happen on all forms or is there a different form other than the one on the homepage that you’re having issues with? Could you let us know which browser and OS you’re using? If you’re not sure you may follow the link below:

    https://www.iqcomputing.com/support/articles/find-ip-address/

The last line will let you know the Browser and OS you’re using.

A couple notes: We did notice that your “Nimva” theme is throwing out a JS error that could be causing issues. We also suggest clearing any caches ( either in your browser or via plugins ) to ensure it’s not localized to your PC.

Hopefully by clearing your cache you find that this is a non-issue. Otherwise, we’ll need a bit more information asked above to help us replicate and diagnose the issue. Stay safe and have a wonderful weekend!

    Hello,

We were unable to install WP Rocket via Github and we cannot find it in the WordPress Repository. It may rely on another plugin via their premium services to be fully functional. We did test against multiple popular caching plugins from the WordPress Repository which include:

    – Jetpack
    – W3 Total Cache
    – WP Fastest Cache
    – Autoptimize

Unfortunately, we’re not experiencing the issues that you’re running into with any of the listed plugins.

This is certainly an issue we want to fix but without being able to debug what specifically is happening or being able to replicate the issue, any patch would be shots in the dark. We suggest opening a support ticket with WP Rocket. You can include a link to this support thread. If their team has suggestions we’re open to working with them to solve this issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Hopefully you’re either able to find a resolution with their support or one of the linked plugins above can be used as an alternative to keep your forms spam free.

Since this version was just released today we want to give it some time to be updated by the community and field any support questions/issues that they run into before we patch any unknowns. We’ll leave this thread unresolved until we learn more.

    Hello,

We can look in minifying files in a future version but the included JS file is not a large one by any means. As for WPRocket, is this something that is one the WordPress repository that you can link to? If this is a premium service you may need to reach out to their premium support.

If you find that our plugin does not work we can also suggest some alternatives such as:
    Contact Form 7 Captcha
    Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha (v2 & v3)

Hopefully, if you find our plugin simply does not work in your case one of the above options is suitable.

Finally, if you can link your website we may be able to look into this issue further.

    Hello,

Please verify the information in our previous reply. Viewing your website we are still not seeing any of the familiar reCaptcha scripts or code in your pages source. You may also need to clear any caching plugins.

    Hello,

We apologize it’s taken us this long to implement your suggestion. The inline Javascript necessary for processing reCaptcha has now been moved to a separate file and enqueued. This has been applied in version 1.2.8. Thanks again for your suggestions, stay safe, and have a wonderful rest of your week!

    Hello,

We wanted to let you know that this issue has been address in the latest ( 1.2.8 ) version of this plugin. IF you find that not to be the case or have any questions, comments, or concerns please reply back to this thread and we can assist you further. Thanks again for your help!

    Hello,

Looking at the website it doesn’t look like there’s a reCaptcha control on the form. You do need to add the shortcode to each and every form you want the reCaptcha to appear on. Please review the Contact Form 7 Documentation on reCaptcha v2:

Lastly, put a placeholder for a reCAPTCHA widget ([recaptcha]) into your contact form content.

If you’ve done that and it is still not appearing, we suggest reading through the installation instructions once more. Finally, we do see you have a cache enabled on the website. This may need to be manually cleared before seeing your changes.

Hopefully the above instructions helps you solve your issue. Stay safe and have a wonderful rest of your week!

    Hello,

If you’re getting new reCaptcha keys each time you create a site then I’m afraid to say you’re doing so improperly for this scenario. Hopefully the below instructions can help:

    1) Log into your Google Admin Console.

    2) Browse to the API key that you have set for your website. If you have more than 1 reCaptcha in your Admin Console you may need to click the dropdown next to the “You have ‘x’ site(s)”.

    3) Once you’ve found your specific reCaptcha API, you’ll want to click the Settings gear icon at the top right. This will bring you to your API settings where you can grab your reCaptcha keys and add additional domains to the allow-list.

    4) On the Settings screen you should see a list of domains in an allow-list with an input box to enter additional domains. There should be a plus sign next to this input box. Enter your domain and click the plus sign.

    5) Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue “Save” button. This will tell Google to apply your changes and may take up to 5 minutes to be put into place.

This will tell Google to allow the same reCaptcha keys for multiple domains specified in this allow-list on the Settings page. For further help, we’ve created an Imgur Album of a few screenshots that may help you along your way:

Hopefully with the above instructions you’ll be able to add in your additional domains to the allow-list. Should you need further assistance, we suggest reaching out to The Google G Suite Admin Support.

    Hello,

We hope to push an updated version of the plugin later this week. We’ll reply back here once it’s live. Thank you for reporting this, stay safe, and have a wonderful rest of your week!

    Hello,

You should be able to add multiple domains to the same API key via the Google Admin Console. For reference, see the first image in our post on How to Generate Google reCaptcha Keys. On this screen it allows you to add 1 domain and clicking the plus button will allow you to add multiple allowed domains.

Hopefully this solution works for you but if not please reply back and let us know so we may investigate additional solutions. Thank you for your kind words, stay safe, and have a wonderful rest of your week!

    Hello,

Unfortunately, the BeTheme is a premium theme and not something we’ll be able to easily download and test against. It might be beneficial to reach out to the BeTheme support and see what they suggest. We have no problem working with their team to come to a resolution, you an even point them to this specific thread.

We apologize that we couldn’t be of more assistance in this matter. Stay safe and have a wonderful rest of your week!

    Hello,

Thank you for your kind words! The core of this plugin was pulled from an older version Contact Form 7, developed by Takayuki Miyoshi. We just maintain the codebase for users who aren’t quite ready to move onto version 3 of reCaptcha. There are currently no plans to extend this functionality to other parts of WordPress as there are many plugins which already do this well enough.

If you’re looking for comment reCaptcha we suggest trying out reCaptcha by BestWebSoft as it looks like there’s settings to display for comments and BestWebSoft is usually a good team.

Thanks again, stay safe, and have a wonderful rest of your week!
