OK, not sure what happened, but now the option to make tickets private is working. However, it only works if I allow users to select the option to make them public.
Is there a way to have the system default so that all tickets must be private??
Takayuki – while the site is not password protected, it is one that we would prefer to hide from search engines, and also not link to publicly. Is there a way I can send you the url privately?

i’m having the same issue that jlee is, and i suspect it is because the stylesheet is listed as inactive.
has the method for removing the date changed in version 3.0.2?
