I’m trying with this TinyMCE to insert the code. It works, but ever since I have installed this plugin, every section in WP dashboard works except download-manager plugin settings. It just load and load.
Hoping for the solution.

Having the same problem.
Even after adding the shortcode to the page I’m unable to see any download display on the frontend.
P.S. Tried what Eleonora mentioned but still nothing seems to work.
