What are the configurations for sending emails with participants database? I am using a plugin called SMTP mailer , the host is smtp-mail.outlook.com, TLS encryption, port 587, do I need to add anything the the domain records?Hi Morgan,

In reply to: [Participants Database] CSV importWe can see on a successful load there is a PDb_submission\main_query\base_query::execute_query storing record: (…) for each record uploaded but when unsuccessful, despite saying File upload complete: 11 lines received, there is no corresponding records in the debugging log.
We are at a loss as to why some of the records go in but the majority don’t.

I have found the issue.
I had the image size set up to 600px in the Settings > List Display (Sets the default height of images displayed in the list. Defaults to pixels, but any valid CSS size value can be used.)
I have cleared that out and it seems to display fine now.

In reply to: [Participants Database] Image display on recordsIt was displaying single images correctly before purchasing the expansion kit.
Also, the images uploaded against the record show on Media and they have the correct resolution when accessing them from there.I need my client to be able to read what is on the images on the individual record screen and they can’t at the moment as they are blurry.

In reply to: [Participants Database] CSV importI have used a template I exported for this, so the header should be ok.
Here is what it shows on plugin debugging, I don’t think there are any relevant errors:

This is the message I get:
‘The file blank_record3.csv has been uploaded.
File upload complete: 144 lines received.
The data is importing in the background, refresh the page to get the current status of the import.’But the upload doesn’t work.

I can confirm the file upload field works via sign up now .
I changed the size limit and made sure the location was on default.One thing that is not working at the moment is CSV upload. It says the file has been uploaded, File upload complete: 144 lines received.
The data is importing in the background, refresh the page to get the current status of the import. >>>> However, it is not updating with new records when refreshing.I have been trying uploading the files multiple times and used “Get blank CSV since last week and can’t get new records in.

If I make the fields Not required it will submit the form but no images will appear in the back end.
