This issue is becoming increasingly important.
Elementor has made many updates but has not solved the problem.We CANNOT update because it breaks the whole website and it would take weeks to fix the problems and we may not fix all of them.

This is exactly the problem, the backend is not set to ALT img and yet it is brought up on the images without bringing up the rank mache SEO settings. Can I send you in an email an account to check?
