There is a menu at the top , below it is the HGTC logo, and then the main menu. I would like to move the top menu below the HGTV logo.

Sorry. The entire message became a link. I have it running locally right now. I would like to have the grey menu (which I will be changing) to sit directly over the menu in greenish blue.
