In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Where is the login page?@largbasket I’ve deactivated and deleted my cache plugin, but I’m still getting the same issues. Please check the video https://youtu.be/0vYPAUEIAzI to see what I mean.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Where is the login page? Thanks Rasheed, I just watched the video. The problem with that method is that it still doesn’t redirect you to the dashboard or homepage after signing in. After sign in, it remains in that page, so the user doesn’t even know that he is signed in, unless he goes back to the homepage or dashboard to check. It’s not very good UX, and frankly, it’s hard to explain this to every user that comes on the site, without sounding very unprofessional. Most users will prefer to stop using the platform altogether.
If you can’t make it so that the sign in prompt pops up on the homepage, once you click on the Login button, at least make it so that once you’ve signed in, like in the video, it takes you back to the homepage. Thanks. I can see that your team has put in a lot of effort into this. I just need it to be as easy for my students as possible.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] 2022 BugsFirst of all, good job on the new plugin updates. However, I’m having a few issues as regards the UX.
The first and most pressing issue is that there is no official shortcode for the sign in page. Users have to navigate to the sign in page, through a pop up that appears on the screen. Checkout my site lexquiryacademy.com for instance. If you click on the sign in button, it takes you to a page which reads ‘You have to Sign in to access this page’, before you can sign in. Even then, it doesn’t automatically redirect you to the dashboard page. Basically users don’t get to know if they are signed in.
This problem can easily be resolved if there was an official Login page, just like there is for registration.
I’d really love it if this was resolved as soon as possible. I didn’t have this problem with the last update. Thanks.
Also, I’m still having issues with the sign in every now and then.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] 2022 BugsThanks for the response. Unfortunately, I’m still having the same issues. Ironically, I’m usually unable to sign in with my password on the homepage (this problem comes up at least every 2 days), but if I were to navigate to the course list page, and try bookmarking a course, a login prompt appears, and I’m then able to login with the same password that was earlier ‘incorrect’. It’s embarrassing to explain these things to students on my platform, who would have to reset their passwords on a daily basis.
1. My PHP version is 7.4.26 WordPress is 5.9.2 and Tutor LMS is 1.9.16.
2. I’ve tried these, sadly, I still have the same issues.
3. I’ve already resolved the issues with responsiveness, and I believe you’ve addressed this in other complaints.
Again, I really love your plugin. I think it’s cool. But what’s the use of a plugin with lots of cool features if students have to reset their passwords every time they tried to login? Please. I’d love if you guys could resolve this as quickly as possible.
