So we had some reports of the download links not appearing today, at which point we realised that the EBD plugin had automatically updated. We were holding back the updates on CF, keeping it on 5.3.2, so quickly updated our CF version assuming it might not be compatible, and this fixed the issue. We have just tried CF 5.3.2 again, and it all seems to be working with the new version of EBD. Possibly a server side caching issue after the auto update.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Email Before Download] Inline link not appearingWatch out if you rolled back to a previous version of Contact Form 7 to keep things working. Looks like version 6.3 of EBD doesn’t work on older versions of Contact Form 7, so you need to upgrade that too.

1. WP 5.7, had the same issues with inline with 5.6.2 when using CF 5.4
2. EBD, 6.2 working fine before the CF update.
3. Inline, although we tried email and this works fine even with CF 5.4
4. CF 5.3.2, rolled back, which is working but inline fails if upgraded to 5.4Hope this helps

We had the same issue, after some investigation, it turned out to be an issue relating to the latest version of Contact Form 7 (version 5.4). If you are using this version, try rolling back to (version 5.3.2) this worked for us.
