As suggested i have performed a full conflict check using Site Health Plugin keeping
all other 3rd party plugins deactivated and just WooCommerce (because issue is related to checkout) and Yoast activated. Theme set to default theme. Issue is still there.
really looking for a quick response as it is damaging our ranking seriously.

thanks.. one more thing i want to know how to add zip code range e.g if i want to add range 54000 to 54900 what should be entered? 54000…54900 is correct?
