You can use this option but I think it will not help that much and you can try contacting your hosting provider so they can increase your PHP limitations to dump this big table.

I assume that you are using shared hosting. You can increase PHP execution time in php.ini file. Can you tell me what hosting panel do you use?
@smg101 It seems you have a very large database. You can use phpmyadmin to take database backup. Out of my curiosity what hosting panel you use? There should be a backup manager which you could use to take database backup. I hope this helps. Ping me if any help needed. Thanks.
