    Hello, I have disabled all plugins and the error still occurs.
    Once I fill in all the data and click submit comment it goes back to the homepage and the URL adds this: # comment-31979

    Already open call with the developer of the theme and the same could not solve the problem. Does anyone have any ideas??

    Hello, after all these comments of not being able to connect I also went through this in the sites that I manage .. Anyway, I got the connection with facebook ..

    However, I connected facebook through the wordpress account with my user ..

    If I post fine, it works perfectly .. But when another user tries to post a post. It says that there is no connection with facebook and other networks … Try to make the connection again and informs that there is already a user connected to the wordpress account ..

    How to proceed in this case?

    UPDATE:I was able to solve it … My fault

    Ok, I made the change of the fields and I put as informed:

    [form-plano1]
    [form-plano2]
    [form-plano3]
    [form-plano4]
    [form-plano5]

    How will I have to put it in the “Mail” – Message Body?

    Application Data for New Membership through the Kasatech website:

    Full Name: [form-name]
    Date of Birth: [form-date-birth]
    Residential Address: [form-address]
    Neighborhood: [form-bairro]
    CEP: [form-cep]
    Phone: [form-phone-fixed]
    Cell Phone: [form-celular-phone]
    E-mail: [form-email]
    Location: [select_locality]
    Plane selected: [form-plano1] [form-plano2] [form-plano3] [form-plano4] [form-plano5]
    Maturity Date: [form-date-maturity]

    When you enter this way, if you have selected the locality, it will show the value selected in [form-plano2], but the others will come with the value of – Select the Desired Plan -.

    How to only send to the email, the form that has been selected?
