  • Thanks for your help @crdunst !

I had it set up that way…so I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and everything is working great now.

Hi, I’m wondering if this filter is still working. I have added it to my theme’s files but the related posts are still showing up in the default position. Is there a certain requirement as to where in the files it goes or what the format needs to be?

    Thanks!

Hmm, interesting. Ok, I’ll see if I can find a way to do that.

    Thank you for your help!

Hi, thank you very much for your help! I really appreciate that you added this to the plugin.

Though, I did add some options to the shortcode and so far there have been no changes to the style of the signature line. Do you mind taking a look?

Thank you very much for the suggestions. I tried them and I couldnt figure it out, so I set up each signature pad as it’s own contact form and it works smoothly now. maybe you can check it out and see if you see anything. I’m totally ok with the way it is now, so no need to look into if you dont want.

    website:
    projects.aandersson.net

I did have one quick other issue though – try using one of my signature pads on a desktop and move your mouse around rapidly – it looks like large blobs are appearing on the page. How do I avoid getting these? it doesn’t look like the max width # is being obeyed when these show up. (this is not happening on mobile)
Also, if you draw horizontally in a straight line, the line is really bumpy. I have this set right now: this.velocityFilterWeight=d.velocityFilterWeight||1,this.minWidth=d.minWidth||1.1,this.maxWidth=d.maxWidth||1.3
and it doesnt look like its staying within those bounds either.

    Thanks!

It shows up randomly, its not very predictable. It doesnt redirect either, it’s showing up under my domain’s URL.

I dont know if this means anything at all but I did an SQL query and it looks like “bluehost” is showing up in these areas:
    wp_p01rjw6hnx_options
    information_schema.PROCESSLIST

Both Bluehost and Godaddy are not helpful at all and they are telling me to speak to each other.

I do not think its a DNS thing, as this site has been live for a month and Godaddy confirmed everything is set up properly.

@robin-labadie correct..kind of..it is the same web address (projects.aandersson.net) but it displays a welcome page for bluehost…that is why I’m thinking its an issue with the way the websites files are set up because of the transfer.

I’m not sure how to look into any of this though, so any specific guidance on things to check would be helpful

    thanks!

I looked into this a little more and found that the signature file/link is not attached to emails or showing up in the contact form DB ONLY when I’m submitting a signature on a mobile device AND there are no required fields in the contact form. If there is a required field, everything works smoothly when submitting on a mobile device.

The problem is, I do not want to have any required fields.

please let me know if this can be fixed.

    thanks!
