I am able to access the site db in phpMyAdmin. What table does Adminimize create that I can edit or drop to fix this issue?

– When Adminimize is active, there is no backend left sidebar item visible for the Admin role except for Collapse Menu.
– When Adminimize is deactivated, the complete backend left sidebar is displayed for the Admin role.

In reply to: [Adminimize] no backend menus for admin account!The only way I can get admin access to normal backend admin menus is to deactivate/remove the adminimize plugin. When Adminimize is reinstalled, the previous situation immediately reoccurs with zero access to any admin backend menus. This is only seen in the Admin role (ie: Editor role continues to display selected admin bacjend functions).
