I had let CusRev disabled, that’s why you could see the review form. Please, check now:

- CusRev disabled, the form appears https://ibb.co/YBfwS8th
Please, could you check it again and let me know how to fix this?

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Unable to activate the CusRev on-site formAn additional information that may help: to check other issues, I disabled all the WordPress plugins and switched the theme to Twenty-Four. On re-enabling Woocommerce, the Product page displays the Review tab and the reviews and the Formular. When I enable CusRev, the Review tab and the Formular disappear from the Product page, no matter I use the shortcode [cusrev_all_reviews add_review=”true”] it will not display.
Perhaps I am missing something.
Hope this information helps. Please could you review and let me know how to fix this?

Thank you. I added the shortcode ‘[cusrev_all_reviews add_review=”true”] to the Prodct page, it will display the ratings but does not display the form. Please, could you check here https://valedopais.farm/product/extra-virgin-olive-oil-high-polyphenols-3x750ml-2/ and let me know what is blocking the CusRev form from loading.

Yes, sure. Here you have the screenshot from the CusRev Reviews backend. The avatars are broken and the stars of each reviewer are greyed out, while in the Product page front end they are fine, showing the yellow star ratings.

Thank you for your timely reply.
I added the shortcode [add_review=”true”] it will not display the on-site form. In the Prodct page frontend it will display the shortcode itself.
I pasted on the Woocommerce Product page the full shortcode available at the plugin Shortcodes settings. It will display again the reviews, but not the form.
I followed all the steps in Reviews Not Showing on Product Page but this did not enable the Review tab at the Product page.
Please, could you take a look in the Product page and let me know how to fix this?
