    I solved it!
The .mo file did not update after changing .po.
I downloaded the app ‘Poedit’, downloaded the .po file, compiled it to .mo, uploaded .mo to WP again and texts were in accordance with my changes 🙂

Still miss some translations, but I noticed that not all of the text from the .pot file was included in the current .po file. So I will create a new .po file from the .pot file and complete the translations.

Thanks, I found the language file. There are two files: .po and .mo
I understand that the .po is the textfile to use for changes in translations.

I changed my texts using the ACE editor, however after save & close none of my changes are visible on the website. I asume that the ACE editor compiles the .po file into a new .mo file, or is this false? Do I miss something to activate the new language file?

    Hi Dylan,

I realize that in the previous post, I more or less gave the solution myself. When I create a task in the project, called event logging, then the discussion tab of that task could be used to store the list of events in chronological order 😉 Simple as that.

    Hi Dylan,

    Thanks for your reply.
The logging is for adding custom items to the log. Basically this could work as the present [discussion] tab. You may enter any event that takes place in chronological order, that is important to log. If it would be possible to have an option to create a second discussion trail in the project with an optional caption (for example [log]) than this would be sufficient as a log.

    Hi Dylan,

The data for each contact that I would like to add :

    • Name
    • Jobtitle
    • Company
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Postal address
    • Note field

    Hi Dylan,

I confirm : the calendar loads but doesn’t show any events on the date that events are supposed to be shown with the correct filters

The version of Safari I currently have installed is version 15.6.1
I realize this is an old version, but I was not sure if this version is incompatible with the current version of Zephyr Project Manager.
All by all, I think you got the cause: it is probably the Safari version causing trouble. Upgrading to the latest Safari version is not possible on my Mac, since the hardware is from 2012. Anyway the problem is on my side now.

p.s. I tested another browser (Chrome version 119.0.6045.105) on my 2012 Mac and that showed no errors. Everything works fine with Chrome.

Great! Everything seems OK now. Thanks for your help. Now I am able to complete my try-out with your product.

    Hello,

I have the same problem. Uploading files to tasks is impossible. Clicking the button does not trigger anything. I found this issue several times on this platform, however none of these postings included a solution. When I open the console in my browser after clicking on the upload button, I see an error message (see below). Does this give you enough information to find a solution?

The message in the console shows the following text:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) ….http://mag.local./wp-content/plugins/zephyr-project-manager/assets/js/socket.io.js.map

    (p.s. my website is mag.local)
