    Hello,

thank you very much again for helping me for this issue.
I can confirm I was able to fix the issue by disabling ALL the plugins and reconnecting jetpack.

There are some walk-around, though, to keep in mind in order to achieve the connection:

    • I had to disable the plugins while outside any sort of maintenance mode
    • I had to block every form of CDN o server-side Cache I had installed (e.g. siteground embedded cache)
    • I had to disconnect my account (or try and enter into the website via a logged-out browser) in order to see if all my plugins where disabled

After these after precautions I could, finally, connect jetpack (and woocomerce as well)

    Hello Gaurav,

    thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, I tried several times to deactivate and delete the plugin, but I always had the same result, “An error occurred. Please try again”.

As I stated on my previous post, I also tried the debug feature on https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/ and the reply was “Could not validate security token”.

Could you please help me with this issue?

    Thanks in advance,

    UPDATE:
Actually, there are a LOT of plugins that conflict with customizr 3.5.5
Here’s the list of the plugins I had to disable so far:

    – Jetpack (when activating the infinite scroll option)
    – User Access Menu
    – Remove Query string

I Repeat, these plugins were working fine before the update, don’t know if you guys can work on it, but some of these are pretty common, and pretty useful too…

    Hi,
first of all thanks for the answer.

I checked all my plugins and, funny enough, a plugin called “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources”, which is used to speed up and increase the ratings of websites, was conflicting and slowing down everything.

Now I didn’t notice any problem before the update, so I guess some changes affected the interaction between the theme and the plugin; I’m writing this to inform all the users and the developers about the bug.
The plugin was causing the slider issue as well.

    Hope this thread will help,
    Cheers
    Emanuele
