Hi there,

I immediately contacted your support team but it seems that they are too busy to help me solve the issue. Slow and half hearted response maybe because i use the free version, LOL.

Anyway, i found the solution from Youtube after waiting almost 1 week just for this issue. Thank you for the bad support. Cheers!
