Sorry for the delayed response. Minutes ago was the first notification I received. The short answer to your questions above is:
No support never fully fixed the issue. They claimed they couldn’t reproduce the more major problem and asked me to provide them step-by-step instructions how to produce the errors. I provided not only step-by-step but also videos showing exactly how the plugin was failing. After that they simply stopped replying to my support request. I would recommend searching for an alternative.
